Hook
Politicians, bureaucrats, and their associates — the decision-makers whose public footprint runs through this data.
Key Numbers
- Register of Interests disclosures [parliamentary]
- Project and contract connections [BP4]
- Public statements logged [Hansard + media]
- Ego-network graph per subject [derived]
Context
"Subject" is deliberately neutral. It doesn't mean suspect. It means "a person whose public-record footprint intersects with Victorian infrastructure decision-making or delivery". MPs, ministers, senior public servants, board members, named associates — anyone whose public role puts them in the flow of decisions.
Each subject has a profile: their bio, their declared interests from the parliamentary register, their public statements on record, their connections to projects we track, and an ego-network graph of their public relationships. The right of reply applies — any subject can request factual corrections, and we make them.
Takeaway
Decisions about billions in public money are made by people. This is who those people are, based on what they have disclosed.
Share Stat
Every decision-maker in Victorian infrastructure, with their disclosed interests, statements, and public connections.

Member for Casey since 2022 federal election, winning with 1.5% margin. Improved to 52.9% TPP at 2025 election (+4% primary swing — one of only two Liberals nationally to achieve this). Born 6 August 1984 in Canberra. Third-generation Casey resident — grandparents Antonino and Grazia Violi emigrated from Italy to Silvan in 1953. Attended Yarra Glen Primary School and Mount Lilydale Mercy College. MBA (Deakin University), BA Honours (La Trobe University). Pre-politics career: Yarra Valley Snack Foods (sales team lead, 2007-2014), Mars Australia (post-2014), Ritual social food ordering startup (Head of Partnerships Asia Pacific, 2019). Brief role as political adviser to Victorian Liberal Senator James Paterson. Liberal National Right faction. Perfect party-line voter — never voted against party majority since entering Parliament. Electorate of Casey covers 2,466 sq km with ~113,307 enrolled electors. Includes Mount Evelyn, Lilydale, Chirnside Park, Wonga Park, Kilsyth, Mooroolbark, Yarra Valley, and Dandenong Ranges. Electorate office: 110-112 Main Street, Lilydale VIC 3140 (two-storey refurbished building on the main street). Youngest Opposition Whip appointed in over 50 years (June 2025). 3 shadow portfolios but limited concrete policy proposals to date. Most claimed 'achievements' are advocacy/letters rather than legislation. Casey electorate historically linked to Operation Sandon — IBAC investigation into developer John Woodman's influence at Casey Council via $470K+ in split donations to both Labor and Liberal parties.
