What it shows

  • Header stats: original TEI, current TEI, drift, sector, entity.
  • Cost timeline chart: every TEI snapshot we hold for this project.
  • Schedule timeline: original and revised completion dates.
  • Scope changes: material scope changes with cost/time impact where disclosed.
  • Contractors: who is delivering the project.
  • Related donations: donations from the contractors to political parties.
  • Statements: public statements made about the project.

How to read it

Start at the top, scroll down. The cost and schedule charts are the diagnostic. The contractors and donations sections provide political context — they show you who benefited from the project and what else they have done in the public sphere.

Data sources

  • Budget Paper 4 (TEI and schedule).
  • VAGO reports (independent findings where available).
  • DTF Capital Investment Dashboard (quarterly updates).
  • FOI releases linked to the project where available.

Caveats

  • Scope changes are only shown where disclosed. Silent scope cuts often aren't captured.
  • "Contractors" includes prime contractors only; sub-contractors are listed separately where public.
